TLDR: some people want to run gekko over CLI, they need a config file, easiest way is to copy over bltadwin.ru if you are using the UI the only config files used are: baseConfig (only has advanced config stuff) what you configure in the UI, but this is based on the TOML files in the config dir (defaults in the UI).
